William is Managing Partner for Stafford's Infrastructure business and is involved in investment sourcing, due diligence, negotiation and research for investments in infrastructure.
He has 20 years of industry experience and has held senior management roles with Macquarie, Etrion, Swiss Re, and the Asian Development Bank, where his responsibilities included sourcing, due diligence, and financing projects in the infrastructure and renewables sectors.
William has a Masters in Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, a Masters of Science in Environmental Engineering from Stanford University, and a Diplôme d’Ingénieur in Civil Engineering from The National Superior School of Hydraulics of Grenoble, France.
